I have been a member of the Fullerton College faculty since 2000. I have also taught at Mt. San Antonio College. My teaching load is primarily ESL courses, but I occasionally work in the Writing Center and teach tutors to tutor in the Writing Center. I graduated from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and I received my Master's degree in English at San Francisco State University (SFSU), with an emphasis on TESOL. During my days at SFSU, I worked at the university Learning Assistance Center. I also recently received a certificate in teaching postsecondary reading and learning at Cal State University Fullerton (CSUF).

I have been married for 9 years to my wonderful wife, Emy, and we have one daughter, Madelyn, who wreaks joyful havoc in our home.
