Distance Education Process Instruction 101806 - "Uploading Materials (PSA's) to the Flat Panel Screens - Channel 46"

Downloading Content:

1. Media Production (#2 Workstation)

2. Insert Movie or type text into PowerPoint

3. Save PowerPoint using date code

4. Start Roxio

5. Save PSA file to DVD/CD media

6. Remove DVD/CD media and carry to automation area
 

Uploading Content:

1. Enter Automation Room.: Right Hand Rack / Left Hand Tower - under keyboard

2. Open DVD/CD tray

3. Insert media - close tray

4. Switch position on left side of  computer screen is in position "FOUR" (4)

5. Press the keys  "FLAG" and  "E" on the keyboard simultaneously

6. Mouse to my computer

7. Choose the DVD/CD drive

8. Double click on the PSA  icon to start it.

9. Be certain mouse cursor is not showing on the screen.
